Privacy Policy
This page says plainly what Fishbone Cast collects, why, for how long, and how you can have it deleted. The game is still in its testing period; if anything changes we will update this page with the date.

This is an English translation of the Thai original. If the two differ, the Thai version applies.
This site has no trackers at all. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ads, and no cookies that follow you across the web. The page you are reading does not send any of your data anywhere.
Who collects the data
The Fishbone Cast team is responsible for the data. We are not yet registered as a legal entity. You can reach us through the channels at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
When you log in — You can enter the game only with Google or LINE. There is no sign-up with an email and password. We receive basic identity information from that provider, such as your display name, profile picture and account ID, to create your character and tie your progress to you. We have never seen, and never ask for, your Google or LINE password.
In the game — your player name, character look, the fish you have caught, items, rods, floats, progress and rankings.
System logs (with IP address) — Your IP address, together with your account ID and the time, is written to a log file on our server, along with game errors (JS errors), so that we can track down bugs.
When you top up — The game has fashion items for sale and a way to donate. Payment is handled by an outside payment provider. Your card number and payment details do not pass through us and are not stored by us. We only see whether a payment succeeded and which account the items go to.
Why we collect it
- So you can log in and come back to the same character
- To record your fish, items and rankings
- To deliver what you bought or donated to the right account
- To prevent cheating and spam, and people creating accounts in bulk
- To track down bugs from errors that actually happened
We do not sell your data, and we do not trade it with anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
System logs are kept for no more than 30 days and are then deleted automatically. Account data and in-game progress are kept for as long as the account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we will.
Where the data is
Our servers are in Thailand. Login and payment go through the systems of Google, LINE and the payment provider, each of which has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site and the game use cookies and browser storage only as far as needed for login and for the game to work. There are no advertising or behaviour-tracking cookies.
Young players
This game is for players aged 10 and over. A younger player needs a parent or guardian to consent and to help supervise their use, especially when it comes to spending money. If we find the account of a child under that age without a parent’s consent, we will delete that data.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:
- ask what data we hold about you
- ask for it to be corrected
- ask us to delete your account and data
- ask us to stop using your data, or object to its use
- withdraw your consent at any time (the result is that you can no longer play, because there is no account to hold your progress)
