Terms of Use
By playing Fishbone Cast you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

This is an English translation of the Thai original. If the two differ, the Thai version applies.
The game is still in its testing period. Systems, items, stats, rankings and all progress may be changed, taken down for maintenance, or reset across the whole server at any time, without notice.
If you are going to spend money, please do so only after understanding this.
Who can play
Players must be 10 years old or older. Younger players need the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Spending by a minor is taken to be known to and agreed by their parent or guardian.
Your account
You play with a Google or LINE account. An account is personal: you must not sell, rent or transfer it.
You are responsible for looking after your own account. We are not responsible for, and will not restore items after, any loss caused by sharing a password, sharing an account, being scammed, or being hacked from your side.
What is not allowed
- Using bots, auto-play programs or scripts, or modifying the game
- Exploiting loopholes or bugs for gain instead of reporting them to the team
- Harassing or threatening other players, or using abusive language towards them
- Spamming, advertising, or creating accounts in bulk
- Flooding, hacking or disrupting the servers
- Trading items or in-game money for real money outside our channels
We reserve the right to suspend or delete a violating account at once, without notice and without a refund.
Top-ups and donations
Fashion items and donations are the purchase of a right to use something inside the game, not of property, and they have no real-money value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged back for cash.
As a rule, a payment that has gone through is not refunded. The exception is when the system charged you wrongly or the items did not reach your account: message us within 7 days with proof of payment, and we will check and fix it.
If your account is suspended for breaking these terms, what you topped up is not returned.
The service is provided “as is”
We provide this game as is, with no warranty of any kind, whether about continuity, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular use of yours.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Servers going down, being taken down for maintenance, being slow, or closing permanently
- Data, items or progress being lost, damaged or reset during the testing period
- A player’s own internet connection, device or browser
- Third-party services such as Google, LINE or payment providers
- The actions of other players, including being cheated by another player
- Force majeure
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you, in any case and taken together, will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 3 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of opportunity, or any consequential damage.
Intellectual property
The images, characters, names, sounds and all content in the game belong to Fishbone Cast. Do not use them commercially, modify them, or republish them without permission.
Recording clips, streaming and posting gameplay videos is perfectly fine. We are happy to see it.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be changed. We update the date above each time. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
